束时。 翻转过程的预期停机时间不超过一
小时。 一旦合约恢复交易，将应用展期/掉期，

Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin are extremely volatile and can move or jump in price with no apparent reason due to lack of liquidity and ad hoc news.
